I thought it would be interesting to share with everyone the amount of domains I currently hold, as well as the amount I manage for clients. I personally have right around 50 domains that are in my portfolio at the time of writing this. Even though I currently hold those domains, I am probably only utilizing 20% of them due to time constraints. So my plans are to only hold on to the meaningful ones and let the rest disappear into the shadows. On top of that I manage anywhere from 70 to 100 domains for my various clients.
Some may say my numbers are large, others may say “Wow, you only have 50 domains?” But for me, with the amount of time I spend developing others website, and getting a guaranteed paycheck, I will take a small amount of utilized domains over hundreds of underdeveloped, improperly utilized domains / websites.
Now my question for you, the reader, is how many domains are in your portfolio?

As you should know, I am a business owner -well really, I own more than one business, but that is unimportant. If you own a business or work closely with the owner of the business you work for, you understand there is a lot of work that goes into keeping the doors open. Simple items that can streamline tasks and organize your business are a necessity to keep productive in your business environment.

A product that is worth, to me, one-hundred times it weight in gold is DYMO’s LabelWriter 400 Turbo. This product is an all-in-one utility that allows the printing of labels for mailings, which businesses normally do on a daily basis. The LabelWriter 400 Turbo also has the ability to weigh and print online stamps for your mailings. DYMO has a great piece of software, cleverly titled DYMO Label Software, to compliment their product, it helps you to design and print your labels. You also get DYMO Stamps, which interfaces with the USB scale and gives you the proper postage for your stamp, and you can manage your postage account online to add funds. That means no more trips to the post office!
DYMO also carries many other printing products for labeling such as desktop label makers and hand held label makers for items such as folders, drawers, even electrical panels. The quality of DYMO’s products is unsurpassed in every aspect. If you are looking to streamline portions of your business, starting with the basics, give DYMO a look, you will surely be satisfied.

If you are anything like me, then the following definitely applies at multiple points during your career. This last week, I was overwhelmed with monitoring the technology department during a new tenant move-in for one of my clients. By the middle of the week, my productivity ceased to exist as my brain went on a total shutdown. I was unable to focus on work that was in need and or work that I wanted to complete to stay on track with my goals for this year.
Over the weekend, I took some time and tried to relax, maybe some sort mental meditation if you will… This helped me to realign my goals and get back on the ball, so now I no longer waste 3 hours staring into space, essentially wasting time. I am glad this all happened when it did though; I just picked up more recurring web design work and I need to be more organized to keep clients happy. I am looking forward to the upcoming weeks and months as more work means my goals are closer in reach. It would be awesome to surpass them, I am always hoping for the best, but I have to take it one-step at a time.
On a side-note, I would love to hear your stories of overcoming obstacles, that in the end better yourself personally and professionally. Post it on your blog and let me know by leaving a comment on this post. That would be great fun!

At some point in my endless travel of the internet I found payperpost; a service that pairs content publishers and advertisers together. I am always looking to give myself a new opportunity to make some extra money, so I created an account with them. In the beginning I had issues when I tried to get my blog approved due to my inconsistent blogging, but I rectified the issue by picking up my slack and writing more meaningful content at a quicker pace, -and look now I am posting more often!
I feel that payperpost really has their act together due to the following reasons… There is a substantial amount of opportunities currently in their system, which gives bloggers a variety of sponsored topics to talk about. They seem to have an exceptional rapport with both content publishers and advertisers. And finally, their support team acts professional, and can definitely help you in any case. These are important matters which lead me to sign up for the service.
Although at the moment few opportunities can really fit into my content niche or fit in with my reader audience for that matter. I am confident that payperpost will provide outstanding content to write about in time, I just need to wait for the right publisher to sign on with them. If you are serious about making extra money online, I would check out payperpost, they are worth the time.
In case you were wondering… Any money I receive from payperpost will be split in half and handled in two different ways: the first half is to pay for my data center costs and the second half I will donate to charities through the payperpost website.
