After 2 years of trying / forgetting to get my online bill pay set up with Sallie Mae for my student loans, I finally got it working. I had to call their support to get it rectified, as every time I tried to open an account I was denied because “I already have an account.” Well after about 15 minutes on the phone with some guy from India, whom had all my financial information mind you, my account was forced expired so I could recreate it.

Anyway, I am happy I can now pay my bills online since I have at times lost my invoice and caused a late fee. I guess it is time to sign up for LifeLock to protect myself from people who have access to my financial information…
